We are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win. We will keep calm and carry on. We will stand tall and not bow down to those who wish us harm or try to intimidate us. We are SEAL, and we are proud of who we are.

COURAGE: WE FIGHT WITH COURAGE AND STAND UP TO THOSE WHO TRY TO KNOCK US DOWN. IF WE FALL, WE GET RIGHT BACK UP.
DIGNITY: WE MAY GET KNOCKED DOWN BUT WE STILL GET BACK UP AGAIN. WE NEVER LOSE OUR DIGNITY.
PROFESSIONALISM: NO MATTER WHAT WE ARE FACED WITH AND WHAT OTHERS SAY ABOUT US. WE REMAIN PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES, AND JUST GET ON WITH OUR LIVES. WE WILL NOT SCREAM AND SWEAR. WE WILL STAY CALM AND DISREGARD THE HATERS.

DETERMINATION: THROUGH OUR DETERMINATION, WE SUCCEED. WE ARE DETERMINED TO BE THE BEST AND WE ARE DETERMINED TO SUCCEED IN WHAT WE DO. WE SUCCEED THROUGH THE DETERMINATION OF OUR MEMBERS AND THE 24/7 WORK OF MANAGEMENT BEHIND THE SCENES.
LOYALTY: SEAL IS BUILT ON LOYALTY FROM ITS MEMBERS. THEY ARE LOYAL TO THE LEADERSHIP AND EACH OTHER, AND IN RETURN GET THE SAME BACK. THEY GET THE SUPPORT THEY NEED AND THEY BUILD GREAT FRIENDSHIPS.

The President is served by a Senate, which is formed by their most Senior Staff.

They handle all issues that arise within President of the US and escalate where necessary to the President.

They will also approve or disapprove certain requests and Bills placed before them

Some of the duties they preside over are:

Reviewing and performing Security checks on applications received.
Review and vote on a request or Bill
Manage minor issues arising within President of the US and escalate any more serious issues to the President
Request a meeting with Junior members or other Senior Officials and the President.
Start Court proceedings
Perform diplomatic talks and meetings with VIP’s, which can include leaders of crews or countries and their dignitaries.
Review Security protocols
Appoint heads of Departments with approval of the President
Ensure that information and intelligence is securely stored and not leaked or released to those without the relevant clearance.
Request assistance from allies and alliances
Uphold the constitution and its values

This list is not exhaustive.

The President is the overall Commander-In-Chief with the Vice President as the deputy. They will take on some duties and replace the President in the President’s absence or departure.

Every Bill which has been passed to the Senate by the President, should be agreed by majority vote. Any objections or amendments should be noted before it forms part of the Constitution, Procedures or Policies.

After passing through the Senate, the President shall sign the Bill and implement it.

If no approval is given by the majority, the Bill shall not be implemented.

Any member of the Senate can make a notice of intention to declare war. This must be approved by majority vote, before being approved by the President. The President will have the deciding vote and will notify of any objections and their reasoning, should the declaration be declined.

At any time, the Senate may request a withdrawal from war. This may come from a less Senior Member via a Senate member or that member themselves. They should explain their reasoning behind the request, and upon a majority approval, the President will then inform of their decision.

At any time before, during or after war, a treaty may be issued, and this will cease any military action by President of the US. This process starts within the Senate and is upon majority vote, implemented by the President who will issue the document to the relevant party. The treaty will allow for defensive action only. The treaty can be withdrawn through the process of a request placed before the Senate.

Senate members and the President can at any time request amendments to the Constitution. There requested amendments and reasons for the requested amendments should be placed before the Senate and u[on approval, the President shall add the amendments, documenting clearly them in the updated Constitution.

All members regardless of rank are forbidden from using or promoting modifications, glitches and money tricks, which contravene the terms and conditions set out by Rockstar Games and its Parent Company Take Two Interactive. Any member found to be in breach if this rule, shall be required to explain themselves before Senior Officials. If an explanation presented does not hold sufficient reasoning, their membership may be terminated.

The reasons that will not be accepted, are having low or insufficient funds or others or friends are performing the glitch.

This does not apply to glitches which do not contravene the terms and conditions, and have not yet been patched.

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy trial, by an impartial Judge and Jury. They are to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation, to be confronted by the witnesses against themselves, to have the process for obtaining witnesses in their favor and to have the assistance of Counsel for their defense.

The Jury shall make the decision of guilt based upon testimonies and evidence presented in the case. The Judge will then decide what action shall be taken.

This may be to refer the verdict to the person in charge within the crew, who can take any necessary action, if a guilty verdict is reached.

During a change over or vacancy becoming available in the posts of President and Vice President, all members and allies will be given the chance to cast their votes.

A change over must have senate approval, unless a post becomes vacant, then an election is required.

This will only take place should at least two persons run for that post.

This will be the case, where it is felt that to allow for fairness and allow for members to elect the person they feel will provide the best service for their crew.

Each candidate is not bound by constraints on the times they can stand or be elected in to post.

Each member will be provided with a non-consecutive reference number. His prevents false voting, and allows for a fair and legal election. They will use this number to cast their vote in a confidential manner.

The votes will be open for 24 hours and will be explicitly advertised internally and externally.

The count will be done by a member who is not running for Office and has the explicit ability to remain impartial. Announcing how many votes each candidate has in ascending order, before announcing the new or continuing post holder.

In the event that there is a sufficient suspicion of vote tampering or reason to call a miscount. The votes can be counted again, or the election being re-run.

The outcome of the vote is binding and must be carried out with ease on the date of inauguration. Including an oath to Office. The inauguration and change over should happen within 30 days of the outcome. This allows for a speedy change over, and enough time to tie up any loose ends.

As tradition dictates a letter may be written to the new post holder by the departing post holder, which can be made public or kept secret.

All members are required to remain active within the crew. This has no bearing whether in the crew as a full time member or as a liaison between an allied crew or approved crew. This is regardless of platform. It is understood that availability differs from person to person, and that other things can take priority over membership tasks.

It is asked that all members make the effort to be as active as possible.

We do try to make your time with us as enjoyable and educational as possible. We try to teach our knowledge through teachings and real-life live situations.

Inactivity causes problems, in that expectations are not being met, and a true figure of active and participate members cannot be gauged.

All members regardless of rank are responsible for their conduct and are answerable to superiors. This includes the President who answers to the Senate as a collective.

All members must abide by the conditions set out within the constitution and should expect to be challenged, when problems or issues arise. Each and every member is responsible for their conduct, actions and communications. Both written and verbal. Whether it is in group chat, voice messages, game chat, in-game text messages or console messages.

All members and allies must remember that your actions represent President of the US and any other crews you are part of, and have a bearing on the views held by players and prospective members, of who you are associated with.

At present we are currently in Partnership with US Executive Office made up of some former President of the US members and members who have joined since the division of the crew. We are also in Partnership with the Federal Swat Team, which operate under direction from the Government.

We operate under strict rules and they must be followed to allow the crew top operate smoothly. Any breaches are dealt with swiftly and robustly.

Members must speak and understand a good level of English
Loyalty to SEAL is key.
No Killing or attacking of SEAL members or allies. (except during activities such as deathmatches)
Social Club profile must be set to ‘public.’
No Bullying, Harassment or Intimidation.
You must fully comply with the Equality & Diversity Policy.
Senior Officials to be protected to the best of their protection detail’s ability. This includes taking bullets. Officials should be evacuated to a safehouse, Office, Yacht or Secure Garage if under attack.
All members must be treated with respect and dignity.
On Duty Vehicles; Grangers, Buffalos, Ballers (Preferably Armoured), Cognoscenti (Preferably Armoured), XLS (Preferably Armoured), Turreted Limo. (Where possible these should have the Presidential Seal Printed on them, and should be painted black.) Lead Escort Vehicles can be White Baggers (Preferably with SEAL Logo Printed on the sides.)
All Presidential Escorts should be in line formation, and surround Presidential car, if attacks take place on the road.
Remain Professional and mature at all times. Remember you are representing SEAL.
Refrain from shouting, arguing and using abusive language as much as possible.
Where possible, respond to requests for help.

We expect all our members, allies and partners to behave in a professional manner, whilst representing us or on duty.

All members should make themselves familiar with staff handbook in its latest version. This can be printed and distributed where necessary.

President of the US operates under a strict Equality & Diversity Policy. These characteristics are protected under law.

EQUALITY – We believe that all our members should be treated, regardless of which of the protected characteristics they are covered by. There are obviously some differences when it comes to rank structure, but all persons are able to get promotions based on abilities. Your characteristics play no part in the selection process.

DIVERSITY – We believe that have a range of the protected characteristics gives us variety and also views from different perspectives. This gives us further knowledge and keeps our experiences as enjoyable as possible.

AGE – We do not discriminate because of your age. We are not concerned about your age, as long as you consistently act in a mature manner and are capable of carrying out your duties. This also includes no upper age limit.

DISABILITY – We understand that some disabilities can prevent or make certain duties harder. Physical disabilities usually have a minimal impact on working with us, although, we understand some disabilities can impact how you play. Psychological disabilities, such as social, mental or mental health disabilities can have an impact on how you interact and carry out your duties. We will always endeavour to find a role that suits you best, based on your capabilities.

SEX – Our roles do not have any gender requirements. Both genders are capable of carrying out all duties. Gender does not have any impact on how you work, and we know that both males and females can complete tasks at an equal level.

GENDER REASSIGNMENT / GENDER IDENTITY – As mentioned in the ‘sex’ section, gender differences do not matter. This includes those who identify as transgender. This includes those before and after the procedures. This also includes those who identify or their character is of a different gender than the player is identified. We respect those who dress outside of socially expected gender specific clothing.

RACE – We have no view of Black, Asian, White or Mixed Nationality. We view all our members and applicants as equal members. The colour of your skin does not reflect ability. Skin colour is just what we see on the outside. We do however understand that some nationalities have customs which differ or may seem strange to other members. We encourage you not to hide your customs and allow us to embrace them.

RELIGION OR BELIEF – We welcome those from all religious backgrounds. Most duties will not be affected by religion, but there may be some barriers encountered due to religious values or customs. We will not attempt to force you to do things which are not permitted by religion. We embrace and encourage you to share your customs and religious views, as they may differ from others and provide an insight in to the other religions across the world.

SEXUAL ORIENTATION – Your sexual orientation has no bearing on your ability to perform your duties. Who you fall in love with does not affect anything outside who you date or marry.

MARRIAGE AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIP – Whether you are married or un-married makes no difference to us. This covers both opposite sex and same-sex marriage. Your marital status has no affect on us. We understand that some countries still only offer civil partnerships to same-sex couples and some offer no such rights to their citizens.

PREGNANCY AND MATERNITY – (SIDE NOTE: We operate under the same view for paternity and adoption too.) Congratulations, you are about to become or have become a parent. We understand that this changes how much time you have or want to spend with us. This is absolutely fine. Just let us know, so you don’t appear inactive.

We are all different, and deserve to be treated with respect. We do not tolerate any breaches of the above characteristics. We will always come down hard on those who commit a hate incident.
