Our current alert level is:
We are SEAL. We will speak of Pride, of honour, of valour in battle and of glory. Who dares, wins. We dare. We win. We will keep calm and carry on. We will stand tall and not bow down to those who wish us harm or try to intimidate us. We are SEAL, and we are proud of who we are.
Our values are: COURAGE, DIGNITY, PROFESSIONALISM, RESPECT AND LOYALTY.
– COURAGE: We fight with courage and stand up to those who try to knock us down. If we fall, we get right back up.
– DIGNITY: We may get knocked down but we still get back up again. We never lose our dignity.
– PROFESSIONALISM: No matter what we are faced with and what others say about us. We remain professional at all times, and just get on with our lives. We will not scream and swear. We will stay calm and disregard the haters.
– RESPECT: We have respect for one another and respect for ourselves. We come from different backgrounds and Countries. We all have different views. This creates discussion and helps decisions to be made, and trust to be built.
– DETERMINATION: Through our determination, we succeed. We are determined to be the best and we are determined to succeed in what we do. We succeed through the determination of our members and the 24/7 work of Management behind the scenes.
– LOYALTY: SEAL is built on loyalty from its members. They are loyal to the leadership and each other, and in return get the same back. They get the support they need and they build great friendships.
